If there is a problem with your order

If your items arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Contact us at hello@blyssaroma.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of both the item and the packaging. This allows us to investigate the issue and offer the best possible solution, which may include a replacement, refund or alternative arrangement.

Quick Resolution: For damaged or faulty items, we'll work to resolve your issue within 1-2 working days of receiving your email with photos.

Returns for unwanted items

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may be able to return it in line with your statutory rights. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm whether your item is eligible and provide instructions.

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns on certain used or opened products unless they are faulty. Returns that arrive damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
