How do I use wax melts? +

Place one wax melt in the dish of your wax burner. Light an unscented tealight underneath (or switch on your electric burner), and allow the wax to melt slowly. As it warms, it releases its fragrance into the room.

Can I use my oil burner? +

Yes — as long as it's suitable for wax melts.

Just make sure the dish is large enough, and always use an unscented tealight. If the flame sits too close to the dish, it may burn the wax too quickly, so we recommend a burner with plenty of space between the candle and the bowl.

How do I change my wax melt? +

Once the scent has gone, warm the wax for about 30 seconds with a tealight. Gently pop the wax out and wipe clean with kitchen towel.

Important: Never pour melted wax down the sink.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? +

Absolutely. Every wax melt we create is made with vegan-friendly ingredients and is never tested on animals.

How long does each wax melt last? +

Our melts typically provide 16 - 20 hours of fragrance, depending on the scent, burner type, and room size.

How quickly will my order be processed? +

We aim to process all orders within 1 working day. During busy periods (like new launches), it may take slightly longer — but we'll always keep you informed.

Do you offer more products? +

Yes! Our range is constantly growing.

We are working on adding to our Dance collection and we have another collection on its way. Subscribers always hear about new releases first.

How do I return items? +

If you need to return something, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once approved, we'll share the return instructions and process your refund promptly.
